Celebrate the start of the holiday season at Wonder Works’ Annual Holiday Elfstravaganza, Saturday, November 9th, from 9 am-2 pm, at Wonder Works in the Belle Hall Shopping Center.

James Island County Park, 871 Riverland Drive, Charleston
Featuring over 700 displays and 2 million lights, the Holiday Festival of Lights is a cherished holiday tradition for many families throughout Charleston and beyond. From November 9 – January 1, James Island County Park comes alive with illumination and is a great place to capture the magic of the holiday season.

Wild Dunes Resort Grand Pavillion
Get in the holiday spirit with a complimentary showing of a children’s holiday movie and don’t forget to visit with Santa!
December 7, 2 pm – 7 pm
Ocean Blvd, Isle of Palms
Head down to Front Beach on Isle of Palms and help bring in the holiday season island style. This free event will have live music, carnival rides, food and craft vendors and even a visit from Santa Claus! At approximately 5:30 the city will officially light the 24′ tree on Front Beach.
December 7, 12 pm – 3 pm
Tanger Charleston celebrates the jolly season with the 3rd annual Family Winter Festival on Saturday, December 7th from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Enjoy family fun for the enter family, including Fido! Photos with Santa, Elsa, Anna & Kristoff, Ornament Making, Story Time, a PUP-up Shop for pet adoptions, pet photos, and gift wrapping, holiday karaoke in the SNOW (YES! SNOW!) tasty food trucks, face painting, games and more!
December 7, 5:30 – 8 pm
Middleton Place, 4300 Ashley River Road
Fresh greenery, berries, and other natural items gathered from the plantation will be provided to make wreaths and other holiday decor. Stableyards artisan shops will be lit by candlelight as craftspeople ply their trades and interact with visitors. Seasonal refreshments provided.
December 7, 4 pm – 8 pm
Felix C. Davis Community Center, 4800 Park Place E., North Charleston
Join us as we celebrate the season with live musical entertainment, kid’s activities, a marshmallow roasting pit, hay rides, artist market, petting zoo, visits with Santa Claus, a parade, festive food, and thousands of twinkling lights! Festivities kick off with the parade at 4pm (*NEW TIME*), starting at the intersection of Mixson Avenue and East Montague Avenue, going around Park Circle, then heading back down East Montague Avenue towards the start.
