Summary:

The Client Coordinator is a part-time contract position that will manage logistics and activations of sponsored campaigns.

Role Responsibilities:

  • The Client Coordinator will work directly under the Site Owner, Director of Marketing and Marketing and Sales Coordinator to complete projects. Projects will include completion of sales contracts (fulfillment of sponsored posts, fulfillment of sponsored social media posts, placement of image ads, etc.).
  • Once a contract has been executed, the Client Coordinator will oversee all activations of the campaign including:
    • Communication with clients/sponsors from beginning of project to approval
    • Working with a contributing writer on sponsored reviews and/or sponsored content
    • Managing image ads
    • Scheduling Facebook and Instagram social media posts to ensure activations are timely according to contract
    • Maintain organization in Pipedrive
  • Actively work with the Social Media Team, Editorial Team, Marketing and Sales Team, Contributing Writers, and Charleston Moms Owners; additionally, interact with City Mom Collective Client Coordinators/Coordinators on best practices
  • Other various projects on a case by case basis
  • Keep log of hours in Toggl
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner (within one business day when possible, but always within two business days). Maintain consistent communication with Owner, Director of Marketing about projects
  • Attend team meetings as necessary (90% virtual, 10% in person)
  • Represent Charleston Moms in a positive and professional manner at all times

Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of WordPress and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Knowledge of or is willing to learn Pipedrive – a CRM Tool
  • Knowledge of or is willing to learn FTC guidelines
  • Knowledge of or is willing to learn online marketing and SEO
  • Understanding of the Charleston Moms target audience
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Time Commitment:

15 hours a month (with the possibility of more hours depending on workload)

Contract Compensation:

$15 per hour
