An annual Charleston holiday jubilee featuring performances from musicians and arts organizations throughout Charleston that will culminate in the lighting of the magnificent 64-foot Holiday Tree of Lights, the official City of Charleston Christmas tree in Marion Square.

This holiday tradition is better than ever as bands, floats, marchers and performers parade through downtown Charleston. Parade goes on Broad Street, King Street, Calhoun Street, and disperses on Calhoun between King and Meeting Street.

Join in on this holiday tradition as a display of lighted and festive boats proceeds through the Charleston Harbor. View the parade along Charleston’s waterfront or decorate your own boat to join the parade.

Bring the entire family and enjoy holiday cookie decorating with Publix, a festive photo booth and letters to Santa station. Don’t forget to wear your best (or worst!) Friday, December 6, 2019, 6:00pm, on the front lawn of the Felix C. Davis Community Center at 4800 Park Circle. Join the Mayor for the lighting of the 40′ Christmas Tree, then take a stroll around the Circle to enjoy the rest of the beautiful tree and light displays.

Saturday, December 7, 2019, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Felix C. Davis Community Center with the Christmas Parade beginning at 4:00 pm (NEW TIME!). The Christmas Parade* begins at the corner of East Montague and Mixson Avenues, proceeds down East Montague Avenue, around Park Circle, and back down East Montague to conclude.
FREE admission, FREE parking. Ample parking is available on the islands around Park Circle. Rain or shine.

Brilliantly lit floats and community groups will march up West Coleman Boulevard as the Mount Pleasant Christmas Light Parade sets sail to the delight of thousands of residents and visitors. The festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. with a spectacular Pyrotecnico fireworks show, immediately followed by the start of the parade at Mill St. traveling south and ending at the intersection of W. Coleman Blvd. and Patriots Point Rd.

A Christmas in the Creek Holiday Parade is coming to Goose Creek on Saturday, Dec. 14! The parade will take place on St. James Avenue in Goose Creek, beginning at 9:30 a.m. The mile-long parade begins on St. James Avenue and continues to Marilyn Street.

Santa parades through the streets of his favorite beach town. During the parade, knock-out some of your holiday shopping at the Arts & Crafts Show at the Community Center. Santa will be giving away goodies at Folly River Park after the parade!

Marion Square, Downtown Charleston
A free, festive party for everyone; featuring music, dancing, and the lighting of the nine foot Menorah by Charleston’s Holocaust survivors. Visitors can enjoy crafts and treats, including latkes and other traditional Chanukah foods.
