To capture the magic of the holidays with a professional photo of your loved ones and pets*, visit The North Pole on Theater Drive near Regal Cinema. Every child will receive a free chocolate pop from Sweet Julep’s! ​ Guests can now make reservations for photos using Santa’s FastPass.

Christmas Eve hours:  10am – 6pm, break from 1:30pm – 2:30pm

Please note that Santa takes a break to feed the reindeer from 1 pm to 2 pm and 5 pm to 6 pm on Monday thru Saturday, and from 2 pm to 3 pm on Sunday.

PJ Party with Santa

November 15, 7 pm – 9 pm

Join us Friday, November 15th, from 7-9pm as we welcome Santa to Northwoods Mall for this year’s holiday season! Your little ones are invited to dress in their favorite PJs, especially Christmas themed! During the event, you and your children will enjoy face painting, a balloon artist, a holiday craft, and a special character visit – He’s a mean one and he will be in Dillards’ court, but don’t worry Santa is inviting you to cheer the green one up with some holiday fun!  A special kid-friendly DJ will be here to spin the tunes and coordinate games. Santa will be reading ‘The Night Before Christmas’ when he arrives.

This fun, free event is for children 12 and under – those wearing their PJs will receive a gift from Santa. (While supplies last) We look forward to seeing you there!

Santa Paws Pet Photo Nights

November 18, 6 pm – 9 pm

Bring your furry friends for photos with Santa during these special Monday evenings! From 6 to 9 p.m., pets are welcome on Nov. 18 and 25, as well as Dec. 2 and 9. Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Pets will not be allowed in any area of the mall other than the designated Santa photo area. We appreciate your understanding.

Santa Cares Holiday Sensory Event

December 8, 9 am – 11 am

Santa Cares is a sensory-friendly opportunity for children with all spectrums of special needs to enjoy the time-honored tradition of the Santa Photo Experience with their family in a calming environment prior to public hours. Please RSVP in advance by reserving one ticket per group. Photo packages are available for purchase during the event.

Santa Visits the Village

Visit Santa’s Workshop all weekend for a photo with the ‘Big Man’ and take a turn running down your Christmas list. Each family will receive one free print compliments of the Village merchants.

Winter Wonderland

Thursday, December 5, 2019, 9:00am to 1:30pm at the Charleston Area Convention Center. This free pre-school event provides young children an opportunity to visit Santa, participate in hands-on activities, including holiday arts & crafts, and take part in live performances and music. Lots of photo opportunities!
