Town of Summerville Truck or Treat Halloween Bash

Join the Town of Summerville for a truck-tascular night of Halloween fun! The Summerville Parks and Recreation Department, Police Department, Fire Department and Street Department will host the first Truck-or-Treat Halloween Bash and Movie event! This event is completely FREE! Starting at 4:30 p.m., we will have a large variety of different vehicles, including police & fire emergency vehicles, tractors, construction vehicles and more, for kiddos to climb in and explore. Children should bring a bag for candy because all participating departments will be passing out candy. We will also have carnival games and other spooooky activities.

We will continue the Halloween fun at dusk by showing the classic movie Hocus Pocus on the big screen! Thank you to our movie sponsor, Summerville Medical Center.

Harvest Festival & Block Party

Olde Village, North Charleston (East Montague Avenue, between Jenkins and Virginia Avenues)

Kids 12 & under can trick or treat at this free, family-friendly event. Other attractions include a kids zone with crafts, face painting and inflatables, an artist market, pop-up pumpkin patch, live music and more!!

October 19, 4 – 7 pm

Fish Or Treat (Members Only)

South Carolina Aquarium, 100 Aquarium Wharf, Charleston, SC 29401

Ghouls and ghosts of all ages, prepare for an evening of spooky fun with the Aquarium’s beasts, creepy-crawlers and creatures of the night! “Fish or treat” through the Aquarium, search for monsters lurking in the Great Ocean Tank, boogie at the Monster Mash and join in ghoulish games. Dress in your most creative costume for the costume contest. $10 per member; children 2 and under free. Reservations required; to reserve, call (843) 579-8518.

October 24, 6 pm – 8 pm

Trunk or Treat, Movie in the Park & Costume Contest

City of Hanahan

Come join us for our annual Trunk or Treat / Costume Contest held at the Hanahan Amphitheater on October 27th 2018 at 6:00pm. We will also have a Movie in the Park right afterwards and will be showing Hotel Transyvania 2.

Moncks Corner Halloween Festival & Trunk or Treat

Calling all Ghosts, Witches, Goblins, & Ghouls its time to grab your treat bags, costumes, & dancing shoes. Join us for our 8th annual Halloween Trunk or Treat Festival Wednesday, October 30th on East Main Street between Carolina Avenue to Railroad Avenue, with a costume contest at the Market Pavilion for ages 10 & under.

It’s FREE spooky fun for all ages! Rain or shine!

***Parking will be available at the Regional Recreation Complex at 418 E. Main Street

*Trick-or-treat on Main Street for kids starting at 6:00

Ghostly Get-Together

Bees Landing Recreation Center, 1580 Ashley Gardens Blvd., Charleston, SC 29414
Bees Landing will host a family-oriented haunted house along with a safe trick-or-treating alternative. There will be candy, games, crafts, and jump castles that are sure to make your Halloween special. Don’t forget to dress your best for the costume contest! Prizes for the costume contest will be awarded at 6:30pm.

My family is from Germany and we are on vacation here over Halloween Our kids, 8 and 5, have their costumes with them. Do you know if there is a good neighborhood to trick or treat in this area?
