10. A panel of experts! Our panel covers everything from birth to babies and beyond! No joke!
You guys… we have a health care specialist from Roper St. Francis Healthcare, a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor issues that are common during pregnancy, a local Cord Blood Registry manager who consults with parents on preserving their newborn’s stem cells, the Outreach Coordinator for Postpartum Support Charleston where helping other mothers is her life’s mission, and a fitness guru who specializes in activities for mom and baby with programs like Fit4Mom Stroller Strides, Fit4Baby, and Stroller Barre – all these fabulous speakers will be participating in a super helpful Q&A panel discussion and taking questions. Believe us— you don’t want to miss what Roper St. Francis Healthcare, Dr. Megan Rome, Erica Hoppenrath, Amber Weakley, and Stevee Martin have to say!

Charleston is one of nearly 50 Sister Sites across the country that will be hosting this SAME event during the year 2022. Moms across the country will be learning and bonding together at the same time and you can join in on the fun!

Want to capture your cute bump or grab a photo with your friends? As always, we’ll have professionals on hand ready to capture the fun at our Bloom Event. Show off that precious baby bump or new baby with Chelsea Prestin Photography and make some memories during this wonderful season of life! And we’ll have Belly to Baby Photography snapping fun photos throughout the event that we’ll share afterward.

Whether you’re attending Bloom alone or with a friend, you’ll be in a room full of other new, seasoned, and expecting moms. Don’t be shy— the best thing you can leave with is a name, number, or future playdate! We hope you use our event to start your “village” or to add a few new members.

Buckle your seatbelts! There are SO many giveaways (over $2500 worth of them to be exact), you might be blown away! We’ve searched high and low for national products and local brands to partner with and we think we’ve done a great job! Each mom will have a chance to win items like a one year membership to SC Aquarium as well as amazing, top-of-the-line products from Joy Street Kids, pediped, Binxy Baby, Amphiba, and more! The Facts
Who :: This event is geared towards Charleston area moms who are currently expecting a baby, had a baby within the last year, foster moms of infants, or moms who are planning on growing their family soon.
What :: An afternoon of learning, fun, and celebration! Moms will get to listen and ask questions of our expert panel, enjoy yummy snacks, interact with local businesses, and enter to win fun giveaways, have their photo taken by a professional photographer at our bump+baby station with an adorable backdrop, and so much more! It’s your one-stop shop for all things mom!
Why :: Whether you’re expecting for the first or third time, have a newborn at home, are waiting for that phone call or paperwork to clear to bring that baby to their forever home, this event is for you. Every guest will leave with an adorable tote bag filled with fantastic swag, enjoy specialty food, meet and chat with other moms, enter some fabulous giveaways and receive introductions to local experts on topics pertaining to parenting.
