You guys… the executive director of Postpartum Support who has dealt with prenatal mood and anxiety disorder firsthand, a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor issues that are common during pregnancy, a leadership mom coach who helps you realize your full potential and how to have it ALL in business and motherhood, and a fitness guru who specializes in activities for mom and baby with programs like Fit4Mom Stroller Strides, Fit4Baby and Stroller Barre – all these fabulous ladies will be participating in a super helpful Q&A panel discussion and taking questions. Believe us— you don’t want to miss what Elaine DeaKyne, Trina Kiernan, Gervase Kolmos and Erin DiNicola have to say!
9. Be a part of something NATIONAL!
Charleston is one of more than 50 Sister Sites across the country who will be hosting this SAME event during April and May. Moms across the country will be learning and bonding together at the same time and you can join in on the fun! Using #CMBNBloom18, you can be a part of this national event and share Charleston’s Bloom with other moms. (Know someone in another city? Want to capture your cute bump or grab a photo with your friends? As always, we’ll have professionals on hand ready to capture the fun at our Bloom Event. Show off that precious baby bump or new baby with Taylor Grace Photography, grab your Charleston mom friends or even your own mom; make some memories during this wonderful season of life! And we’ll have Chucktown Art snapping fun photos throughout the event that we’ll share afterwards.

Whether you’re attending Bloom alone or with a friend, you’ll be in a room full of other new, seasoned, and expecting moms. LowCountry Kids Pediatric Dentistry offers all the information and services to keep baby’s teeth and gums healthy from the beginning, Roper St. Francis has some of the top doctors on staff to help care for mom, babies, and families, Appétit nutrition offers lifestyle based nutrition to keep your family healthy and energized, Matilda Jane has adorable clothes for mom before and after birth (as well as for baby), Rainbow Child Care Center helps young children learn and grow in a safe and “Home Away from Home” environment … and that’s just half of the resources you’ll encounter!
4. Small, Intimate Event Means a More Meaningful Time for You
Let’s face it, the last thing you want to do when you are pregnant or have a new baby is fight large crowds and deal with outrageous parking. Our event is designed to be an intimate gathering on purpose. Less people means more opportunity for you to interact one-on-one with other guests and businesses … and truly ENJOY a morning out just for you!
And the best part is, because our event is limited to a small number of attendees, 1 in 3 guests will leave with a giveaway! The Facts
Who :: This event is geared towards Charleston area moms who are currently expecting a baby, had a baby within the last year, foster moms of infants, or moms who are planning on growing their family soon.
What :: A morning of learning, fun, and celebration! Moms will get to listen and ask questions of our expert panel, enjoy brunch, interact with local businesses and enter to win fun giveaways, have their photo taken by a professional photographer at our bump+baby station with an adorable backdrop, and so much more! It’s your one-stop-shop for all things mom!
Why :: Whether you’re expecting for the first or third time, have a newborn at home, are waiting for that phone call or paperwork to clear to bring that baby to their forever home, this event is for you. Every guest will leave with an adorable tote bag filled with fantastic swag, enjoy specialty food, meet and chat with other moms, enter some fabulous giveaways and receive introductions to local experts on topics pertaining to parenting.
