As moms, we spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we often put ourselves on the back burner. But self-care is SO IMPORTANT! If we aren’t taking care of ourselves, then how can we take care of those we love?
That’s why we have to slow down and make time to tend to our needs, while also fostering those female friendships that help us get through day to day life with a smile on our face and a knowing shoulder to lean on when times are hard.
