mom coach columnWe are so excited to announce our newest CMB feature, “Ask Our Mom Coach”, where our readers (you!) will be able to submit questions to Certified Motherhood Coach Gervase Kolmos of Shiny Happy Human.

shinyhappyhumanlogo (1)Motherhood is full of uncertainty. Is my baby eating enough? Will I ever sleep again? When should I start potty training? In those instances we may turn to our own moms or our friends for advice. But who do you turn to for the deeper questions? The questions that may be a little embarrassing or will give away the secret that you don’t actually have it all together. That’s where Gervase comes in! We’re giving our readers the opportunity to anonymously ask Gervase a question about the good, bad and ugly sides of motherhood.

So, what kind of questions can I #AskG?

  • Every day my to-do list is never-ending. How do I get it all done without sacrificing my peace of mind?
  • I have working mom guilt and don’t know how to get rid of it. Any tips?
  • I know I need to start taking care of myself, but I don’t know where to start. HELP.
  • My marriage hasn’t fully recovered from when we had kids. How can we start getting back to us?

To submit your questions, fill out the form below. Gervase will answer a few reader questions each month.
